What's the difference between Deep Dive and Intensive?
A Deep Dive is one 90-minute session where we map out your strategy. The Intensive is three sessions across six weeks with implementation support between them, plus a tracking doc so you see progress. If you need a strategy, book the Deep Dive. If you need a guide walking with you as you build, book the Intensive.
Do you record the calls?
Yes! Every 1:1 session is recorded and sent to you after so you can revisit anything without scrambling to take notes.
Can I bring a team member to a 1:1 session?
You can bring one additional person to a Deep Dive or Intensive at no extra charge. Anything larger and it starts crossing into team training territory — check out the Virtual Workshop instead.
How is the Intensive different from booking 3 separate sessions?
It's not just three sessions stacked together. The Intensive includes implementation support between sessions, async access to me for questions, and a custom tracking doc so you actually see progress. You're not paying for three one-off calls, you're paying for six weeks of me in your corner while you actually build something.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session with no penalty. Anything inside 48 hours gets rescheduled as a courtesy but I can't guarantee immediate availability.
Do you travel for on-site workshops?
Yes, I'm based in Orlando, FL and I travel for the right projects. Travel costs are billed separately for anything outside Central Florida.
What's your refund policy?
1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked but can be rescheduled per the policy above. Team workshops are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date. Full details are in your contract.
